SKiM® 4/5 – 50kW up to 200kW
Due to the power terminals layout SKiM 4/5 is optimal for low-inductance DC-links of NPC and TNPC 3-level inverters and also for conventional 2-level inverter use. Using the symmetrical current carrying and the low thermal resistance of non-baseplate modules to the heatsink, compact and efficient inverters can be realized.
SKiM® 4/5 Benefits
Over 10 years of field experience confirms SKiM 4/5 reliability. The non-baseplate design and homogeneous pressure on the DBC allow high load cycle capability and low thermal resistance to the heatsink. The symmetrical layout ensures very low stray inductance.
