SEMITRANS® 20 – High power applications with optimum electrical performance
The SEMITRANS 20 package has just been released for serial production. The latest generation industrial standard high power package enables easy high voltage inverter designs for multiple applications like Solar, Wind , Energy Storage and Drives. Its reliable design provides sufficient margin for high voltage inverters in 2level and 3level topologies. The superior switching performance allows for easy paralleling of multiple modules, ensuring uniform current distribution and voltage waveforms.
